Education Lottery. 'I think I'm going to buy her a motorized wheelchair,' he said in a Jan. 11 news release. Cedric Bass of Kannapolis couldn't believe it when his Cash 5 ticket produced a $182,073 jackpot win on 1/6! 'I was happily shocked,' he said. Bass bought his lucky ticket at Han-Dee Hugo's on North Cannon Blvd in #Kannapolis.
