Mission 217 is SO much more than the building in which Sunday services take place. M217 is the epitome of how Christians are called to walk day in and day out with each other. The pastor, Corey Alley, is a true pastor to the people, if you are hurting and broken, he will meet you in your brokenness, and help any way he can. This church is a group of people who know 100% what it means to physically "be" the church, and it goes WAY BEYOND any Sunday service. M217 was named from Mark 2:17, which says, On hearing this, Jesus said to them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." M217 lives up to this, and more. These people who make this church, are truly the hands and feet of Jesus. Your heart will warm the minute you walk in, you will be remembered if you come back and you will be asked how you are doing, not as a passing question, but because someone really cares.
