Coley's Customs Paint, Body and Glass in Kannapolis, North Carolina

Had my car painted in 2012 by this shop. Black car, 1993 model. Just a repaint. Within weeks paint was coming off the car. Laney, the owner, told me something was wrong with the front bumper cover of the car. He said the material was to old and I needed a new bumper. We didn't agree on this, so he end up charging me an extra $250 to repaint front bumper. Get the car back and everything is fine. 5-6 months after that, the paint is completely coming off the car everywhere. The car is garage kept. Take it back, Laney says something is wrong the the paint. He keeps my car and says the guy that supplies his paint needs to look at the car and decide if it will be repainted. I give him the benefit of the doubt to make it all right. A month or so goes by and I finally here something back and the whole car is going to get repainted. I felt good about it. He's making it right. Well after I get the car back. I put it in my garage. The car didn't look as good as the first paint job. Swirl marks everywhere. But whatever, was just glad to have my car back and the paint was not lifting and peeling. The car hardly seen the elements at all for almost a year and a half, 2 years. Stayed in the garage and I only drove it on pretty days. Well this past April 2016 my brother was having car problems out of his ride. He needed a car to drive. I offered up my 3000gt for him to drive. This is the car that was painted by Coley's Customs. TWICE..... Well my brother gets a hold of me after driving the car a few months and says the paint is coming off of it again. As soon as I seen this I take it back to Coley's shop. He tells me something is wrong with my car. He's never had a car do this. I find that hard to believe. I had to leave the day I took it back up there. The argument was only going to get more heated and I didn't want it to be a yelling match. So I left. I'm currently trying to reach him by phone without any luck. Looks like I'll have to make a trip to his shop again soon to figure this out. The paint is a major issue but he also broke things on the body of the car. Like he was going to remove things off the car but realized he didn't quite know how it came off but broke it some how. The seal around my drivers side window looks like it was pried on to get off. You access these by taking the door panel off. Someone pried on mine while it was there and has a big gash took out of it. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this shop. I paid high dollar for this paint job. One of the higher quotes I got for it. Which I thought would lead to great work. Which NO that is not at all the case with this shop. Stay away.....
